We were delighted with our stay at the fabulous Kyoto hotel. The design of the hotel is truly beautiful and creates a very elegant and welcoming atmosphere. The staff went above and beyond to make our experience exceptional, with many English speakers available to assist us. We dined at the hotel restaurants and were pleasantly surprised by the delicious food and impeccable service. The hotel also accommodated our specific room requests, ensuring that we had rooms close together. We were even able to arrange a private guide through the hotel, who provided us with an excellent tour of the city. The value we received for the level of service and the quality of the rooms was exceptional.

Location is in theory pretty good but finally far from everything and in the same block that a 24/7 Emergency Hospital. Some rooms have direct view on the arrival of ambulances.
Internet high speed is available in the lobby only (!). Standard rooms are ultra small and dark. In the same block there is 1 hospital and 1 major Temple. Monks rings bells for 1 hour every day between 6am and 7am, non stop

An overall interior design of the guest room was excellent. And an astonishingly simple hotel guidance, intentionally inviting hotel guests to contact hotel staff every time, is found to be a manifestation of the Hyatt's state-of-the-art low-cost operation.
1) No staff greets hotel guests when encountering in the lobby/corridors 2) Low-quality and unsafe preparation of foods supplied on "room-services" 3) A perfectly ineffective architectual design of window shades, non-matched with a size of windows, being unable to cover exterior lights even during night time!!

The vibe here is classy and chic. They really know how to take care of you, providing top-notch service all around. The spot is great, right near a cool museum and some historic sites. Plus, there's a neat restaurant called Il Pappalardo nearby if you're looking for some good eats. 🍝

Amazing location - close to a long-running museum. Well furnished room overlooking the garden. Friendly check-in and late check-out, parking on site.

The room was clean and spacious, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel's location was convenient, with a bus stop right outside and a train station just a 5-minute walk away. It was also within walking distance of Gion, which was a great area to explore. Furthermore, taxis were easily accessible, making it easy to get around the city.
The chairs at the bar downstairs were uncomfortable, and the cocktails were not as good as expected. Additionally, the room facing the street and main entrance was noisy, so we had to request a room at the back, which lacked a view but was still nice and private.

The hotel offered a free taxi service from the nearby train station, which was convenient. The staff at the hotel were very accommodating and helpful with any travel-related questions. The rooms were well-designed and had a nice big shower and separate soaking tub.
The hotel was quite far from the subway station, about an 8-minute walk. It was also not within walking distance to the popular attractions in Kyoto, so transportation was needed.

We had a fantastic stay in this city. The hotel's location in the Higashiyama-Ku area was perfect for exploring the nearby temples. We loved the clean and spacious room, especially the separate living room and big toilets. The staff was outstanding, providing excellent service and even accommodating my daughter's gluten allergy. The breakfast options, including the high-quality buffet and freshly baked croissants, were delicious. The little touches like having water bottles available and a glass of champagne in the evening made our stay even more enjoyable.
Nothing, all was good.

We absolutely loved our stay at this 4-star hotel in Kyoto. The staff here is incredible, and they speak great English. They went above and beyond to assist us, even accompanying us to the hospital when one of us fell ill. The facility itself is amazing, with gorgeous rooms and an overall breathtaking location. It is conveniently located near many of Kyoto's best attractions, including the National Museum. The service provided by the staff is excellent, and they offer a range of amenities and services, such as room service and laundry. we highly recommend this hotel to everyone.
On the downside, there are no negative aspects to mention about this place. It truly provides enhanced comfort and quality services.
